General description

After the Ministry of Public Administration and Justice signed the user agreement of the Electronic Delivery System of Enforcement Documents (VIEKR, formerly VHKIR), today it will start operating under the management of the Hungarian Association of Judicial Officers, the previous system has been discontinued.

In connection with the operation of the Delivery System, the decree regulating in detail among others, the form of the notification according to Article 305 (7) of the Vht. and the manner of submitting an application according to Article 35/D (1) of the Vht was also issued.

According to Article 305 (7) the parties required to maintain communications electronically shall notify their particulars specified in Subsection (1) of Section 35/D to the bailiff by 30 August 2012, and shall present the documents underlying such data. Financial institutions that miss the above deadline can notify the IT expert of the Hungarian Association of Judicial Officers  by e-mail about the fact of the delay. The reason for the delay and the expected date of completion of the notification must be indicated in the notification. The actual live registration in the System can be done here.

After signing and encrypting the e-files prepared during registration, please send them to the e-mail address viekr-reg@mbvk.hu

The Electronic Delivery System of Enforcement Documents (VIEKR, formerly VHKIR) goes live today and the previous system has been discontinued. Please indicate your intention to connect to the Electronic Delivery System of Enforcement Documents before registration at the address vhkir-ip@microsec.hu. This is necessary in order to connect to the test system. Access to the test system is provided after the technical data agreement and the necessary technical documentation within one working day. After successful test messages and registration, smooth use of the system is guaranteed.

We inform the affected banks and saving cooperatives that in order to ensure continuity, the system of financial institution inquiries is temporarily operated by the Hungarian Association of Judicial Officers  until 31 December 2012 in parallel with the Electronic Delivery System of Enforcement Documents.
