We would like to inform the interested parties that according to the Decree 6/2021 (X. 29.) SZTFH of 29 October 2024 on the organisation of judicial enforcement, the post with the badge number 0444 under the jurisdiction of the Keszthely District Court has been abolished. In the future, the execution and administration of the enforcement cases under the jurisdiction of the Keszthely District Court, which were previously handled by Dr. Dénes Szabolcs Vizler, acting as the permanent substitue of Dr. Ádám Vizler, will be handled by Dr. Andrea Barna bailiff under the jurisdiction of the Keszthely District Court, under the badge number 0241.

As a consequence of the abolition of the post, the numbering of the enforcement case numbers has also changed, in addition to the person of the bailiff who will be in charge of enforcement cases, in respect of enforcement cases with the badge number 0444. Information on enforcement cases with the 0444 badge number can be obtained from the future bailiff, Dr. Andrea Barna, whose contact details can be found on the Faculty’s website (www.mbvk.hu) under the heading “Find a bailiff“, by searching for the name of the bailiff, the bailiff’s badge number (0241) or by the area of jurisdiction (“Keszthelyi” District Court).
