We would like to inform the interested parties that in the future Dr. Zsolt Darvai, as bailiff, will handle the enforcement cases under the jurisdiction of the Nyíregyháza District Court under the badge number 0106, which was previously handled by the permanent deputy bailiff Zsolt Harsányi Géza, acting as a permanent deputy bailiff.

Therefore, there has been no change in the person of the bailiff who will execute enforcement cases, but there has been a change in the numbering of the enforcement case numbers, as the badge number or the total number of enforcement cases with the badge number 0106 may have changed. Information on enforcement cases with a 0106 badge number can be obtained from the acting bailiff, whose contact details can be found on the Faculty’s website (www.mbvk.hu) under the “Find a Bailiff“, by searching for the name of the bailiff, the bailiff’s badge number (0740) or by area of jurisdiction.
